Seva Living inspires balance and well being by nurturing one's awareness of the mind-body-spirit connection through the integration of bodywork, yoga and wellness coaching.

Rebecca Rizzuto, CMT, CHHC, is the founder and owner of Seva Living. She believes that in order to sustain a balanced and easeful life, one must embark upon an inward journey, exploring who they are at their core. It is through bodywork and yoga that she facilitates the space and support required for this healing work to commence. Her work is fueled from a place of reverence for and gratitude to her clients who bravely dive in and who are actively doing their part to complete an energetic circuit that will not only serve to heal themselves, but the world at large.

Rebecca specializes in the J. Barnes approach to Myofascial Release Therapy. As a bodyworker, she works with people who experience varying levels of pain, stress, or trauma in their body. Her gifted hands are an extension of her heart. From this place of compassion and honor, she holds the quiet space that is needed for her clients to access their own inner wisdom to self heal. Very often, this is exactly what her client is needing to help shift the energy that is at the root of their dis-ease.

As a yoga teacher and wellness coach, she works with those who are ready and willing to improve their physical and emotional health through gentle Hatha yoga and/or restorative Yin yoga. Private 1:1 instruction is tailored to the needs of the client and designed to help develop or deepen their individual practice. Group yoga classes are also available for those who want to join in community to practice .

Rebecca’s empathic nature and innate ability to really listen creates a safe and nonjudgmental environment for her client to simply be where they are on their healing journey. She empowers them to set goals and take active steps towards the creation of the life they truly desire
